Mining processes are carried out with using modern mechanized systems that enable best quality & consistent China clay material supply to washing plant. Process of mining is start from prospecting work. When a China clay (Kaolin) deposit is discovered, test holes are drilled at closer intervals. Core samples of China clay (Kaolin) deposit are taken at every foot of depth and are run through searching laboratory tests. All this determines the extent, the thickness and the slope of the deposit, how much earth lies over it and the type of clay found. Quality of China clay (Kaolin) is varies from deposit to deposit & even within same deposit.

With the help of prospecting work data, mining is started. Here for mining of raw China clay (Kaolin) heavy machinery & vehicle are needed. According to the grade, excavated raw China clay (Kaolin) material is dumped at stock yard.

As per specific application, raw China clay (Kaolin) is transported from the stock yard to the processing plant facility.
